10 Hrs Driving

I've just returned from a 1100km round trip (that is 10hrs driving) with the main objective being to get some breeding stocks... Visited 6 pet stores en route.... Did'nt get what I was looking for, but secured the following...

5 x Kissing Gouramis.......(All they had) - Terrible wasting obvious (one already died in transit)
5 Cloud Angels and 5 Marble Angels.... (when I breed them, I do not sell them at that size..... - babies)
1 (Red) sword Male, and four (juvenile) females..... They'd probably start breeding in about 2 months' time)
5 Albino Corydorras and 5 Mottled Corrydoras..... (also very small) -The Albinos were on my shopping list.
5 Good condition Orange Chromides.... Will probably start pairing off in about 6 weeks
2 Male and 4 female (Fluorescent blue) guppies..... (inbreeding apparent..... & not pure)

I'm so excited!!!

It was a ? as I was enquiring if the long drive was worth it - rhetorical (sp) sorta kinda thing

Dnn..... Those are not even on my shopping list, cause I know it's extremely unlikely.... (But it'll be a damn bonus if I accidentally stumble onto them)

Yes Tango..... I've switched off 23 of my tanks due to unavailable stocks, & only have 17 running at this stage... I've posted numerous "poictures" (look at your own spelling)on previous threads & will do so soon again (Just for your benifit).....

Gosh, and I thought I was in the middle of no fish land! I have to drive 7 hours to get to Mexico city (not as many kilometers though, as it is a windy road partly. But then, I do get a reasonable choice: kribs, all sorts of tetras, kissing, three spot, honey, dwarf gouramis, several types of cories, discus, several cichlid species etc.

I will never complain anymore from now onwards!!

I drive 40min to the stores I like. I will be going tomarrow, I'm hoping to bring back some goodies . Hopefully the traffic is on my side (LOL like thats ever going to happen) Well worth the trip either way.
