10/15 Gallon Stocking Ideas

so in that tank i have one lone betta

i wanted to add some tank mates and i was thinking

3 round banded barbs
2 yellow panchax [maybe]
or 3 corys

im going to have a fluval 3+ in there so i dont think filtration will be bad!

if anyone has any other ideas please tell me =]

I would go with cory's but choose 6 of them, tank maybe to small for that many so have you thought about the pygmy varieties?

Ive had khulis in that tank but i never ever see them =[ so i put them in my big one and i still dont see them =[

Don't get barbs they have a tendancy to be nippy, your best option is cories.

I see my kuhli's all the time, really active little guys.

what about 6 corys and a male betta

thats what i was thinking i can't really chuck jasper out lol i could put him into a smaller tank if needs be but i rather have him in there!

are there any other 'safe' fish for bettas, Im not sure what his temperament is like but he is a gentle spawner and he hasn't eaten the unknown babies yet =]

small slow fish that wont spooke him so no tetras coz they can nipe. i used to have one in with some cherry barbs but i dont think there recomended. you can have shrimps, snails corys it it was 20g you could have a bnor if you put the betta in a diffrent tank you could have a pair of apisto or a few of betta imbellises and some corys

oooo y'know id love some some kribensis or glass catfish, but they may have to wait till i get my new tank lol or even a SA puffer =]

i think kribs and glass catfish need a 20g tank but im not sure but you could have a pair of apisto or rams

ill be getting a 125l so yeah ill wait =] ill do some research, there were some nice apisto's in my lfs but i cant remember which ones =[
