1 Fish

ALEXF I don't understand what's your problem with me? Just because you never seen me before so are other posters doesn't means you won't take advice from others so chill out, I think its rude. However there are LOTS of suitable species for your 10gal tank.

i dont have a problem with you and i wasnt trying to be rude. its jsut you get alot of information from alot of people so i have a tendancy to cross reference information. i apologize for comming off that way. i even said i wasnt trying to be a jerk. But i am going to agree with you and everyone else that said no to the gt, i went to my lfs today and they had several that were 6-7 inches and looking at them i could see that wasnt going to work. I spent the next hower looking at their books and looking at their fish trying to find something but came up with nothing. I really do value yours and everyone elses opinion sencerly. like really i do no sarcasm.

Another possibility while not super aggressive they are fiesty and have a lot of character, is to get a goup of shell dwellers.

if i could find them i would get them as i have been wanting some for since i found out they existed. Thanks msr wiggle for your input gt a no go. Thanks.

i'm not an expert on african cichlids but i heard that they are even more aggresive than new worlds. maybe you can find a smallish african cichlid to put in there

yes from what i can tell they are far more agreesive and ive been hunting for a smaller once since. thank you.

Thank You Everyone for your replies, i havent ahd any luck yet but ill continue to look and research until i find something. GT is a no go. Im not getting it. after seeming them today in my lfs i even thought they were to big so i decided not to do it. Thanks for your replies. And more are always welcomed.

Thank You,

Alex

p.s. i got the tank dimensions from http://www.thekrib.com/TankHardware/size-chart.html and they seem pretty acurate? so im gonna measure my tank when i get home to be sure.

Get yourself a Fackin parahna

Yeah man, get a Red bellied pirahna and a Neon Tetra :hyper: ! I hear they live quite happily together :shifty:

But seriously if your looking for aggressiveness a Pirahna would be ideal!! Maybe you coud hand feed it
