Ammonia is spot on. I do 25% water change once a week. I've been told to change the water twice a week to try and eliminate the larve cycle

Brown and either tropical fish flakes or freeze dried bloodworms

I've noticed on close inspection that my orange molly has tiny black dots on his body. Is this anything that could be causing harm? I'd not notived them when I first got him so don't think it's his natural colour! Also he has a long trail of poo from his backside. Any ideas?
