Black Spot On Molly

Ok so i know this isn't normal but my molly has Black spot! Does anyone know how to treat this?

I know its only usual in Marine aquariums but it can occur in Freshwater and my little molly is infested. I posted a thread a while ago but no one was able to help. Now that I know what it is can anyone suggest a cure?

What are your current water stats?
How often do you perfrom water changes?

It could be black spot disease or possibly ammonia burn.

Do you have any snails in your tank.
Look under black spot.

Ammonia is spot on. I do 25% water change once a week. I've been told to change the water twice a week to try and eliminate the larve cycle
