Black Pinhead Spots On Molly

I've noticed on close inspection that my orange molly has tiny black dots on his body. Is this anything that could be causing harm? I'd not notived them when I first got him so don't think it's his natural colour! Also he has a long trail of poo from his backside.

Any ideas?

Brown and either tropical fish flakes or freeze dried bloodworms

Thats fine then.
The diet needs changing to some frozen foods and veg.
To many dried foods which will cause constipation to swim bladder problems.
