semi agressive tetras

apart from black skirt tetras, what tetras are semi agressive that would be good in a planted tank? and colorfull?

Serpae tetras are very nippy fish, also sometimes silver tip tetras can be nippy too.

I'm a complete newbie to fishkeeping and I've only had my fish a few days but Flame/Von Rio Tetras seem to be a bit aggressive. There seems to be one dominant fish in my tank that chases the others around. They do seem to hide from time to time but they are fun to watch. They also have a beautiful red color once they get acclimated to the tank.
