Ember Tetra Behavior

I have 10 very small Ember Tetra's in a 75g tank. They are healthy, but I noticed they swim slightly heads up, as a group. Is this an indication of probably too much flow due to their size?
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5ppm
Temp: 77.5 F

If you use a mobile phone to film the fish, hold the phone horizontally (landscape mode) so the footage fill the entire screen.

Well, I turned down the flow from my AOC sponge filter extension, and that solved the problem. Thank you, and now I know. :)
