Looks like you have White Cloud Mountain Minnows and a Betta Splenden.
Dont really want to be the bearer of news you might not want to hear but it has to be advised that WCMM prefer cooler waters than bettas.

Bettas Splenden 22.5 to 28C (76F to 82F)

Tanichthys albonubes / White Cloud Mountain Minnow 14C - 22C (57F - 72F)

If am mistaken to the identity of WCMM as your pic is not the sharpest then apologies in advance.

Yes that was suggested back when I did the tank we are currently set at 22.5c which is half a degree more than ideal for Minnows but there appears to of been no issues.
You can't tell me half a degree is going to make the world of difference most smaller set ups will fluctuate more than that if there near a window!
