New Puffers

I got 4 new dwarf puffers today they are getting along great with the other other 2 puffers, these are a lot calmer.. they are loving the blood worms.. tomorrow they get the brine shrip.. i am having a hard time finding snails for them though anyone have any advice?

Congrats on the newist additions, getting a good little pack ....the calmness will end in a little while, as they mature they will tussle for territory, but once thats worked out there should be less trouble

For snails I get the people at the lfs to dig them out of the sump, or the plant tanks.

I know my local petsmart carries snails but they are like 10 times bigger than my leopard puffers and they are about $2 each . I have one more LFS I'm planning to check out. Good luck in your search!

They usually charge me 5 cents each for them.

I got some yesterday for free, and i also got shrimp 3 for 2 dollars, i asked and payed for 6 and they gave me 9 woo woo
