Looks like Ammonia poisoning to me, it has taken it's toll on the fish...if you don't do daily water changes the fish are in bad soup for a prolonged time. Carry on doing daily water changes until you've seen zero on Ammonia and Nitrites for a few days in a row

Test before a water change rather than after so you see the "real" levels before changing 50% of the water, the only thing that should rise once the tank is properly cycled is the Nitrate levels, Ammonia and Nitrite should stay at zero

You'll get there in the end, the only question is how many fish will die in the process
