Done a test this morning and all coming back zero

I can’t seem to see that I do see the bh tetras like flicking them self to the side of you get me

Might be worth you listing now all the fish that have died and all the fish that are still alive as a refresher for Colin and others.

So I have lost around about

6-7 bh tetras
6-7 Cardinal tetras
2 mollys

One of the frogs now has something wrong with its front arm/leg so maybe going to lose that

I do have number wrote down but I’m not at home

I have left

Some cardinals
Some bh tetras
4 mollys
1 bn pleco
10 corys

I don't believe frogs can suffer from ich but he could be having a reaction to the meds or potentially could've got injured separately. Can you move them somewhere else while you medicate the fish?

Edit - it could also be that whatever this is isn't ich but a different kind of fungal infection that is also affecting the frogs. Hopefully someone else can clarify based on the pictures.

No idea about the frog. It's not Saprolegnia fungus but could be other types of fungus. It might be mucous. The frog doesn't appear to be using it normally so it's definitely a problem.

The only medication I know of that might be suitable for frogs is Triple Sulpha (Tri Sulfa). A herpetology forum or Herpetology department at a zoo will probably have better answers about it.

We lost the frog, and a few more cardinals and 1 Cory has now died

I have 1 treatment left of protozin tomorow then that’s it done

Dosed at half the dosage

Not sure if I need to do a second round or not

Follow whatever instructions are on the bottle is probably best.

Sorry you're still having more losses. The fact you lost a frog does make me wonder if it's something other than ich, but I don't know what.
