Hi,

I'm new, both as a new forum member and new to fish-keeping.

We've just bought our first tank and we plan to keep tropical fish. It has 155Lt capacity. We've been treating the water with Sera Nitrivec for just over a week now and will continue until Sunday. We plan on getting our first fish this weekend - some zebra danios. We have also planted some aquarium plants (vals and some small swords).

I recommend you take a read in the pinned topics in the Beginners section to get some basics . Zebra danios are a good choice as a first fish since the are one of, if not the, toughest fish around.
