Greying eyes on cherry shrimp

I’ve had 6 shrimp from my LFS for about 3 weeks now, and this one has always been a little odd looking. His eyes are getting cloudier (see pics) but he is otherwise going about his shrimpy activity as if everything is fine, as are the others with their beady black eyes. I think that ammonia burn can cause it, but ammonia has been 0 since they have been in there. Any thoughts?

Ok - so I’ve looked it up and he’s about to moult!
