they they require anything special or anything i should know, as i really love them and they can be kept under T8's.
so i think they sall be my frist coral.

That they are.
I got a few frags from http://www.zoaphoria.co.uk/frags.php. Lots of stunning colours. He also does some lovely mushrooms and ricordas Not too expensive either.
Just a thought.

A very hardy coral that can be placed pretty much anywhere in a tank providing there in light and not under a rock anywhere! Lol

Be careful when handling them as they carry a paleotoxin and keep them away from other coral.

You can get a nice variety of them too. One of my fav coral.

cheers for the ink, not working atm as my laptop is having a crap weekend

palytoxin attacks your respiratory system. So it would be similar to having an asthma attack. Its scary but not as bad as hemotoxin(blood cells) or neurotoxin (Brain cells)

Also I got my first zoa today er yesterday now. I shined my little led flashlight on it looking for 3 of my no longer visible inverts and it started opening up. It will close at night. Don't Panic. If nothing else grows in our tanks we can at least have a very colorful zoa garden. :hey:

so it is best not to touch them?

lol, well there are lots of colours!

btw, you dont need a skimmer for them do ya?

If you do handle them make sure you wash your hands afterwards! I am going to get a few at the begining as one of my first few corals! There is such a variety of colours and I think they are lovely!

okay i shall :good:
yeah, they are!
we could exchange frags

same, cannot afford a massive rock, as ive not even got fish

You shouldn't touch them, wear gloves if poss or just touch the rock they are on and wash your hands after.

They are photosynthetic so no need to do anything feedingwise.

Look forward to the pics!!!

No skimmer req!
