Zig Zag Yt Eel And Cpo/shrimp

So first off I'd like to say that I'm kinda confused on the size of these eels, I think the Zig Zag Yellow Tail is smaller than a Peacock Eel, but I've had conflicting research. And I'm talking about a Yellow Tail, not a regular Zig Zag.
 
What I've seen are that these Zig Zags only get around 7 inches, and Peacock Eels get up to 12 inches. If anyone can confirm this that'd be great
 
Anyways so my biggest question is if a Zig Zag Yellow Tail would eat a 2 inch Mexican Dwarf Crayfish or fully grown shrimp (say Ghost Shrimp)?
 
And a side question, what's the compatibility between these eels and Kuhli Loaches?

Eels and Kuhli loaches. Yes
 
The eels eating the shrimp, most likely no they have pretty small mouths, and those shrimp should be larger than its mouth, just make sure its well fed.
 
As for sizes they both stay pretty small for as far as spiny eels go.
