Zebra Loaches

At the weekend i bought 2 zebra loaches (i would have got 5 but there was only 2 left) as i had a major snail problem. Now, less than a week later, ive seen my zebra loaches grow about 1cm bigger and nearly all of the snails in my tank have dissapeared
im am majorly impressed, the ebst thing was, i put in some cucumber for my plec and in the morning when i turned the lights on it was covered in snails and i saw my 2 zebra loaches having breakfast

for those who have snail problems this fish is definitely the way to go, however, they do need a 20 gallon tank to be happy as imo they are quite active.

thats good to know! since i went on a mass murdering spree of snails today, man they get everywhere! im thinking about picking up a group of zebras or yoyos to stop me having to siphon them all out!

zebra loaches are nice and stay a lot smaller than yoyos, both have lots of character though
