Yuk Creepy Crawly Thing

so i come home from work this evening and turned the lights on the aquarium and i see this creepy crawly thing in my tank i can only describe it as about an inch in legnth thin body like a v shaped tail and yellowish in colour.the thing is i dont know where it came from ive not added anything to the tank in about four weeks now at least.will there be anymore? i hope not i had to get the misses to get this one out the tank lol any feedback would be great cheers joe

Mayfly/Damselfly Larvae

Damelfly larvae get it the hell outta your tank !will eat any fry or small fish and will eventually turn into a fully fledged damselfly

Can come in with plants but i got mine through feeding live feed ...Which i've now stopped doing since they ate a whole batch of guppy and cory fry !
