Hello again! The holidays are approaching, so in the spirit of eating lots of treats and getting abundantly fat, I'd like to see everyone's best recipes. Your recipe - whether it's cooking or baking or breakfasts or desserts - that makes you feel like a real 5-Star chef. Mine is my brownie recipe that I'll list below.

Particularly long recipes that have a long list format please spoiler if possible!

Super, duper gooey fudgy brownies - adapted from Sally's Baking Addiction recipe:

Ingredients:
175g butter
1 bar of milk or dark baking chocolate
400g granulated sugar
3 eggs
Vanilla extract
40g cocoa powder - unsweetened
125g plain flour
1tsp salt
~6tsp hazelnut/milk chocolate spread

Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180c fan and line a medium-large pan with parchment paper.
  2. Roughly cut half the bar of chocolate into half pieces, combine it with the 175g of butter and melt it in a double boiler/bain-marie over the stove on medium-low heat. Stir frequently until both are completely melted and no visible chunks of chocolate remain.
  3. Pour the butter and chocolate into a large mixing bowl then whisk in the sugar. Once the sugar is completely combined, whisk in the eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract - around 1-2tsp - to your personal preferences.
  4. Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt and whisk it in carefully.
  5. Cut the remaining half of the chocolate into roughly chopped chunks, and slowly mix it in using a rubber spatula.
  6. Pour approximately half of the batter into the pan and spread it out evenly using the spatula, making sure it reaches all the edges and doesn't pull on the parchment awkwardly.
  7. Melt 3 spoons worth (more or less - to taste) of hazelnut or chocolate spread in a separate bowl, and drizzle it over the batter in the pan. Use the spatula to swirl it around and cover more of the mixture.
  8. Pour the remaining half of the batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
  9. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes (depending on your oven).
  10. Leave to cool for 20+ minutes covered with a tea-towel when done, then cut into small squares.
Will store for around a week or two.

Thanks for sharing! I'm a useless cook but will give these a go

Take a one pound steak and toss into the Air Fryer. Cook 6 minutes on each side for rare.
Wait! Not a holiday meal.

Cook one a week for the carnivorous husband.

Are food recipes, such as chili, allowed too? The weather is getting chilly and my family has adapted our own epic chili recipe.
Yep, all recipes allowed! Syrups, jams, desserts, dinners, lunches, anything!

Ooh that looks good. I like medium-well personally, really want to try wagyu beef if I get the chance.

Way too much work!
I can get brownies in the day old Walmart bakery section! Yum!

Those taste just as good! But since I'm not working or in school right now, this NEET needs something to keep himself busy lol. I love to bake, but the brownies are my favourite!
What is NEET?
