It makes me want to do some research and get creative in case I ever decide I have enough space and resources to have fun playing with stuff. Maybe I should start small. the 2 guppy tanks in my sister's room would be perfect to add a simple bridge to if the lids don't get in the way too much.![]()
How about a whole tank made up soley of those clear pipes??

would take up the space of a tank if you can tell from the drawing, you could add more levels with less gaps if you wanted more volume, but I think it'd look amazing like that, possibly with pipes in a cross in the centre to support the whole thing.
Would be really easy to change water, have a tap at a bottom part - I'd do it at the back with a hose that could reach to a bucket/sink, and a removeable cap at the top somewhere - would mean that you wouldn't have as much need for a filter as it could be done quite easily on a daily basis.
Not sure about heat dissapation - but you could add a filter quite easily - cut a hole in the bottom pipe, take the plug off the heater and thread the cable through, and then fill the gap with a solvent.
Be a really unique looking tank, I'd love if someone did it and showed us the pics![]()
