As WD said, this is all a bit up in the air at the moment, but the evidence discussed in the last few weeks leads me to believe it's safe to stock a tank earlier than we had previously thought.
So if you want to go ahead and stock then do, be aware that it's a bit risky and you'd be best off stocking lightly (like two thirds of your final stocking max) but there's a good chance it'll be fine. As WD said, keep on top of your water tests and do some water changes if needs be.
