Yay Just Ordered My First Betta *updated With Pics And Vid*

My tank is all set up waiting for its occupant, was on kgbettas and saw one I liked

but unfortunately it had just been sold

but i emailed him and he has one very similar so i just ordered it, i'm excited to see what he looks like

oh and here's my tank, aqua one aquastart 320 with 50w tetratec heater, undergravel filter, bogwood and a few chunks of slate. Have fitted some led moonlighters under the splash plate in the hood. Have some amazon sword and java fern in the post, should come tomorrow

He was very popular that fishie! Im sure you wont be dissappointed with any fish from kgbettas. We want pics when he arrives!!

Yeah, when I get my new tank I want to set my 10 gallon up for a single betta. I plan on ordering one since the lfs don't carry much variety

he looks like a beauty. i recentley bought 2 bettas of kg bettas i got them yesterday there bautys one was my friends and one was mine look for "sold david charles" those are mine but tank 53 looks a bit different. it would be gr8 to see pics he looks very nice anything like that should be astonishing.

Hi

I got my first betta today from KG Bettas. He's acclimatising now. My ph is loads lower than the water he was in but we're somewhere in the middle now.

I was told he'd be coming tomorrow so I hadn't told my daughter to look out for the delivery. Next door took it in and signed for it at 8.30am then went out all day and didn't come back till 5pm so the poor thing was stuck in the box all day! Not happy to say the least! He seems okay though apart from his top fin looks really scraggy.

I'm calling him Bulgari

well i got my betta today, who was posted on friday...

i was very worried but he survived the weekend in the depot and was lively as soon as i took him out the box!

spent a couple of hours getting his temperature up and mixing the water then let him loose and he seems like he couldn't be happier. Threw in some attisons betta pro since he hadnt eaten in a couple of days and he munched it up.

he doesnt look much like the one in the picture actually, his body is blue with red fins and the very tips of the fins are white. His head is white but when the light catches it it looks pearlescent, like mother of pearl. He's stunning and appears to have quite a character.

well i couldnt get a photo of him flaring, he seemed to deliberately stop whenever i lifted up my camera lol.

excuse the quality, were taken with my camera phone, digital cameras battery was dead.
