So I did some veeeeeery long fishless and fish in cycles last year and eventually just the sight of an ammonia test kit sent me into the pits.
So I haven't been testing so much recently, just doing regular water changes. I was kind of using the excuse that it's too dark in the mornings and evenings to see the colours properly. Well today I have been sent home from work so I thought I'd test them all. I last did a water change Sunday and they're all 0
One especially I was worried about as I've loosened the top and bottom of the filter from each other to stop it making a noise and I wasn't sure it was still working, but all seems OK. Phew!
