Incidentally, I dont see what the huge fuss over what species the fur came from is. Fur is fur, none of it should be on sale. Who cares what animal it comes from - who's to say Fido is more important than the raccoons/chinchillas/mink?

Had it been from an animal that had been killed for other uses too, I'm not sure I'd be that bothered. After all - waste not want not - if you're going to eat the meat, why not use the fur - at least it's not going to waste. But to kill for fashion is disgusting.
