Would This Tank Setup Work For A 10 Gallon?

Is that a breed of Honey Gourami or not? It says 4" but after searching on google people say they have not seen it get over 2"
If it is not a real Honey Gourami I will have to find somewhere else to get it.

Pushing it for any type of Gourami in a tank that small i'm afraid. Mollys too can get to quite a big size and need a bigger tank.
