can a pair of kribs live in a fluval edge for breedeing purposes with a couple of coconut caves?

i orderd triop cancriformis eggs off the net and im going to house them in a fluval edge i just orderd from my LFS, i want to breed kribs afterwards (when the triops pass away)
:good: thanx!!

Not big enough. The minnimum tank breeding size is 10g, so twice the size of the one you want a pair in. Sry!

do u recommed any tank that come with a kit and are easy to use with triops & will be suitable for kribs in the future
PS i dont want one that fits on a stand my bedroom drawer case is ok
i tried putting as much weight on it as i a 10g tank would be and it can withstand it!! :good:

*sighs* on the edge

Just go on to ebay or something like that. Even petsmart.com might have something for you. If you wont care what size tank, shoot for a 15 g tank.

i agree, for what you pay for a fluval edge you could get a lovely 20gallon or bigger with everything on ebay etc

yeah, i agree too, i have a bit of an interest in the hagen elite style 60 triopical set -13 gallons, it comes at a dirt cheap price atleast £15 less than the edge and looks the same, and holds 37 more litres :hyper: is it any good does anyone know?

Seriously, get a 2nd hand tank off ebay if you can, I got my first tank (3ft/100l) complete set up for £40 included tank, stand, 2x internal filters, 2 heaters, plants, lights, gravel and a fish!

Don't get hung up on brands - often they are just a reason for a tank to be ££££££££ dearer.
