Would a angry/hyper female Betta breed with a derpy/bad eyesight male Betta?

(If this post doesn't make that much sense it's because I'm tried, just a warning)
To explain the title so it makes more sense, my 8 month old female Betta has been ready to breed for a long time (big belly and breeding stripes) and I guess since I raised her from a baby I feel like she's still so young!
She's also very angerly active.
My male Betta is also ready for breeding, but has bad eyesight. (One eye is ⅘ blind and the other one is fine) He also has a dumb type of derpy personality.
Would they be a good match?

Personally, the male shouldn't be bred.

Thinking his blind eye could be a genetic thing (primarily or secondarily caused) and breeding individuals like this intentionally is not a good idea.
