how long were they acclimated? were they acclimated in the first place? how were they acclimated?

I kept them in the bag for about an hour, so that they could see the other discus and get acclimatised, added little bits of the tank water in to it every so often.

As already asked, can you please post the results of your water test? It's all well and good saying the water is fine but without proper, reliable results it makes it difficult to diagnose and help. The test strips are renowned for being very unreliable.
I would strongly suggest getting yourself a liquid test kit, the API master test kit is one of the best to use.

plecos,yoyo loach, the CAE which i'm still trying to catch but to catch them i have to move everything and that will stress them, black ghost knifefish, discus.

Did you find out the parameters of the water thy came out of?

Not to put a downer on it but its ok if an angel doesn't settle in quickly but Discus have to be fed a few times a day so this is bad.

They might have gotten scraps while i was looking, but i don't think so..
