My 2 new discus haven't eaten yesterday or today...
Maybe they found some scraps when i wasn't looking, but i havn't seen them eat yet, i've given them frozen food, bloodworm and brineshrimp, they don't even attempt to have any.
I emailed David Lai and asked him what food he gave them(which i should have done before) and he said flakes, beefheart and terta prima, he fed them three times a day i only feed them once, and i don't have any of them, i will have to get them off the internet, but it will take about a week to get here. I may be able to get some tetra prima.....but they don't even look as though they want the food.

New fish can be picky that way, especially cichlids. Tank stats would help, the communication with the seller is an excellent resource.

Now the 3rd day and they're not eating :(
The other discus aren't having a go at them, they're just not eating it...
I've just got a test strip, but everything is in order, could they still be in shock from being delivered?

Maybe, I hate fish delivered, did they eat on the first day?

Same i don't like the idea of it, i would rather pick them up myself, and no :(
I have sent him a message though to see if he can help.

Seeing as yours are kept in tap water, did you check with the seller what his water parameters were?

Other thing could be the delivery, I had Rams die that were delivered so never ordered fish delivered again. Shrimp are ok and can deal with the bumps and knocks but discus being one of the most sensitive trops out there can't be good.

I know royal mail next day delivery and couriers do their best but some are just pain in the a** van drivers that dont give a s***, so they may have got severe stress.

I hope not as I'm a huge Discus fan and hated seeing mine go, you may be lucky and they'll recover, fingers crossed.

Hopefully it's just that it's a new enviroment and they're ensure.

did you find out the water stats as asked what water did they come from? have you tried frozen bloodworm dipped in garlic juice? not many discus can resist that

TBH after 3 days they should be well settled.

Found anything out about the water they came from?

If you ever have Discus delivered again test the water they are in the bag with to be on the safe side.

I have had Angels take up to a week to start eating.
Others start eating straight away. It just depends on the fish.

Wouldn't worry about it too much yet.
They are still settling in. You tank is new to them, as are possibly the water conditions.

how long were they acclimated? were they acclimated in the first place? how were they acclimated?
