Worms?

Are those worms, or are they a part of the coral? It's a Bullseye Mushroom coral. This is my first attempt at keeping corals, so far so good, but I'm not sure what that is, and what to do about it if it's bad.

Any ideas?

Looks like baby brittle stars to me. We got some live rock that had dozens of them in there. Nice Mushrooms.
