This morning while I was getting dress, i looked at my tank and there were worms on the side of my tank. the worms were hardy moving and there were 3 of them. when they are out of the water, they look whitish-clear color and they have black heads. they are about 1.2 cm long and seen like they are multiplying because when i got home there were 6 of them, which is twice as much as i saw this morning.........what is it and can it harm me and my fish?

Worms are usually the results of over feeding and not enough water changes.
