Worming Fish

hi guys, i have recently been kindly informed by another member on this forums that my fish may have worms.

just wondering if any of you fine people could direct me to a good fish worming product

I have heard that this is good against worms. Also consider feeding medicated fish food (anti-parasite)

What leads you to believe they have worms? Do your fish do long stringy poos? Can you see any worms?

I'm not well up on the medicated food.. just know it exists

Can you see any tiny red worms protruding from your fish at all? You will have to look VERY carefully/closely.

What fish have these symptoms? I would definitely go for the Sera Nematol Med :good:

I would feed some shelled peas to them in the meantime. Esp the Gourami. What do you feed them? Normal dry fish foods can cause constipation and create the stringy poo symptom. Feeding shelled peas usually flushes them out! I believe Rams are suspect-able to worms but I didnt think Gourami were... -_-

The only other treatment I'm aware of is Levamisole Hydrochloride <have a read here.

I have some of this which I used to treat my two Bolivian Rams when they had Callumanous worms. I managed to save one of them.
