Okay heres the long story
1. Tested elecrtricty getting through. It was.
2. Put both tubes in none worked. So we thought tubes were the porblem.
3. Tested both tubes in other tank. Both worked so tubes weren't the problem.
4. We were stuck
5. Though the circuit was the problem. It wasn't.
6. Well for my other tank we have this odd thing (can't explain) and we used one of them.
7. Tested on that one and it worked.
8. Fixed in place.
9. Put in tube.
10. Turned on and it worked!

Took around an hour but it is now working! Now more fishies and that tank will be done.

Nope it used to be in a tortoise "kennel" lol. Let me try and find one on the internet.
