Will This Stocking Work?

Okay so I am looking the following fish in my 3 Foot 25 Gallon Set up, See sig for details. Can anyone see a problem with these?

My set up will be the following:
Tank Size: 3' Tank
pH : 6.8
Substrate: Dirt + Cat litter Mix, capped with pea gravel
Planted : Yes
Temp : 25 Degrees C

2 Bolivian Rams : Microgeophagus altispinosa : (1 Male and 1 Female)
6 Bronze Cories : Corydoras aeneus : 3 Males and 3 Females
6 Amano Shrimp : Sexes are irrelevant as this is a hard species to breed
1 Bristlenose Pleco : Ancistrus :
12 Green Tetras

Any thoughts on this?

I've just been advised to keep corys out of my proposed tank with cockatoo cichlids but don't know if same holds true with rams?

Apistos (or Cockatoo Cichlid) would have been fine with cories IMO, There only slightly aggressive when spawning, but 9/10 there happy characters.
