Will Tetracycline Kill My Ghost Shrimp?

So, I changed out 15g and dosed for 20g (hard to split a capsule in half). Is that right? Or should i have dosed for 30g again?

Changed out 10g tonight and dosed for 20g. Everybody still seems okay, EXCEPT now one of the trilis has developed a white spot on his tail!

He's a very sad looking fellow right now. I don't know if I should even hope he'll recover. Sigh.
