Will Tetracycline Kill My Ghost Shrimp?

Just making sure in case I decide to medicate the main tank instead of moving fish to my hospital tank. I've got assassin snails too. Please help! Thanks ...

I know you can't medicate with Cherry Shrimp, read that somewhere. So I'd presume same with Ghost.

yup he was fine but i only had one

I took out all the assassin snails I could find, left the ghost shrimp in the tank and dosed it. Now I just hold my breath and see what happens.

hope they are okay i will feel so bad if they die if you read on the whole box does it said anything about shrimp i used it when it said not suitable for shrimp since my dad told me it would be fine and it was

Sometimes meds don't harm shrimp right away, it can take a bit of time. Try not to worry about it too much, I'm thinking it must be okay to dose it as I read somewhere that S.E Asian shrimp farms use it on their shrimp. Now I know that's a different type of shrimp but it should account for something. Ghost shrimp are also very hardy, if it were CRS or something of the like, I may be more worried about the side effects.

I figured as much. Luckily I've got enough extra media in my other filters to take over when I'm done. I hope 5 days is enough!
