Will My Bns Breed In The Presence Of Guppy

would bn plecs an guppys be ables to breed in the same tank
it woul be ideal to have two tanks but world aint perfect....

i was thinking of 1 male bn and one female bn

3 male guppies and 6 females

i have one fry seperation box thingy would the fry be okay with each other

a sort of mixed species boarding school

Yes my sister had a tank full of guppies<all size's and her pair bred bred and bred....

My pair bred with a group of eygptian mouthbrooders in there tank and other fish without a problem...provide them with dark caves/flower pots or anything which is very dark and long where they feel safe

so the fry would be able to live together in one fry box...?

leave the male and female to care 100% for there fry, bristlenoses make brilliant parents.....dont bother putting fry in the guppy taps as they will get through the slits, ive tried before..

ahahaha mine have very tiny gaps like pin pricks they would be too big to get throught..... trust me

i fear that the bn plecos fry with get lost in the gravel though

Nooo problem, how's the filter? I had my breeder tank with a sponge filter on a pump with bare bottom,,

thats the thing also the gaps in my internal filter are probs to big so could i just lump the fry tget her into one fry tank
