hi, i am going to a maidenhead's today, and would like to get some hygrophila polysperma. but i'm not sure if it will grow in my tank. the tank is 120cm x 40cm x 45cm, and holds 216 litres. i dose 5mls of TPN+ daily. it has 1.25 wpg of t8 lighting, and the substrate is plain 2mm gravel and silver sand. i don't use any sort of co2.
would it grow in my tank?

cheers :good: :good:

im sure it will grow,
the only differance between our setup and yours is that we have diy co2 and it grows like mad so im sure youll have good luck with it,
we use tpn+ too
here is our growth
J&D

In two of my tanks, 1 with co2 the other dosed with Easycarbo + Ei ferts, it would grow like mad trimming it weekly other wise it would become a tangled mess, In my third tank with has no co2 or dosed with easycarbo and ferts when I water change it grows alot slower and it keeping low almost ground covering

thanks, they didn't have any in today, but i'll email them to see when they get some more plants in.

cheers :good:
