Will Bamboo Shrimp Do Ok?

Will full grown Bamboo shrimp do ok in this tank?

45 Gallon

3 clown Loaches
1 Briselnose Pleco
2 Angels
2 Banded Gourami
6 Black Skirted Tetras.

I'm inclined to say no.

When the bamboo shrimp molts, it's going to look for a hiding spot, and loaches are just the sort of fish to wriggle into small spaces and harass molting shrimp.
