A few weeks back I bought a second hand 48l tank for my kids goldfish as they were in a 19l tank (before anyone says they need a bigger tank, I know! They may be able to get into a 160l soon). Anyway, I inherited a small 2" rtbs with the tank, I have had in in a q tank for nearly 3 weeks and he is doing well. My problem is my main tank is 210l and I already have a ruby shark (I think thats its name, its black and all fins are red) of around 3-4. I've read up and they won't be happy with each other as they look similar and wil most likely fight.
I am also looking st setting up a malawi tank (as a beginner I received poor advice from LFS and have 2 yellow labs in my main community tank
) As far as a stocking list I've come up with yellow labs and blue cobalt and TBH, it may stay like that.
Question is, will the RTBS do OK in a malawi tank? If not I'll have to get rid of him as he can't spend the rest of his days in a 19l tank
