I know there is an issue with the Juwel Light Bar, does anyo9ne know what actually happens to it when it does go wrong?? Is it moisture getting into the ballast that is the problem??

its happant to me ones ages ago in an rio240. i think the 2x39w t8 ballest unit is rubbish, gets too hot.
i replaced it with orsam ballast. less heat and nothing happened when moisture went in side.
