Why Dont I Get Notified?

hello guys any idea why i dont get notifications when people comment on my post or when i comment on somone elses ??

do u check your content which is at the arrow next to "signed in as seanlid123" all your posts will be in a list and any with a reply will have an orange thing next to it

Check your settings, go into notification settings and have a browse they are all set to how you want them for starters.

i have changerd my notifacation setting. ticked all the boxes i want to. but still when i save them it goes back to default!!! its really frustrating. help?
