Why Did My Dwarf Gourmari Die?

I have had 2 dwarf gourmari in an aquarium for about 1.5-2 months and they have been fine. But yesterday I added one more dwarf gourmari and within an hour or 2 I noticed one of the original gourmari acting strange. I thought it was nothing (as the water had tested fine a couple hours before) but now about 8 hours later I find the original dead. I have no idea how long it has been dead. It was perfectly healthy until today. Was it a coincidence or something I did or didn't do? Im at a complete loss. All the Gourmari were males btw.

Anyone? I would like to know so if I decide to replace the one that died I wont make the same mistake or was adding the new one the problem?

First question is was your tank cycled before you added the fish?

Second question is what are the water stat readings?

Third question is what size is your tank as male gouramis do fight if the territory space is not big enough.
