Please help because i dont want to loose all of them including 30-40 fry aswell!!!

when is the last time you did a water change? what are your water readings?

The last time i did a water change was about two days ago and i am going to have My water readings done by my local fish shop tomorrow

Do you think that i should do a water cahnges??

Thanks for your reply

Do a water change for now, get test results in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph, what size tank, how many fish, and which kind.

I've been looking over your posts on the forum. I've noticed something troubling:

On 4/1, you posted that you bought 4 female guppies and 2 male guppies. One of the females apparently then had fry.

On 4/4, you posted that after purchasing your first trio of guppies, you bought more, increasing your population to 14 guppies.

On 4/5, you posted that you have 14 guppies, 8 neons, and 8 glowlight tetras. You also posted that you bought 4 platies.

On 4/6, you posted that you had about 12 guppies and that there's been some problems. You mention that you have about 30-40 fry.

In the spirit of trying to help, I'm curious about a few things: how big is your tank? Exactly how quickly did you add all these fish to the tank? From looking at your posts it looks like you added between 18-34 fish over the course of a week, not including fry.

It would be helpful to know about the rate at which you added fish to your tank and how large the tank is. As Wilder and Discomafia mentioned, knowing your water parameters would also be helpful. Hopefully, then we'll be in a better position to offer advice. HTH~

Seems like no matter the tank size, if you add fish that fast they are dying from an ammonia buildup in an uncycled tank. Young padiwan, you must understand that patience in this hobby is by far the best rule there is. Read and research before you spend money!
