tell him they come as a set, and you will only set one up now. when you can't "find" someone to take the second off your hands, well, it may as well be filled up. :p

Hey Sorrell, I say get them both and then ask him to help you set them up. Maybe being included in the decisions about the aquascaping and fish choices will enthuse him. If he's into building things maybe he'll get excited about some DIY backgrounds, stands and lighting projects. Good Luck!

(Did you get My PM about your Bird-room setup? I'm very interested)

All the best,
Lee

Hey your a woman, what on earth are you asking how to get around a man for? When it comes to getting their own way women hold all the cards. Just walk around in a mood for a day or two and deny him any bedroom privilidges and he'll soon give in just to have a easy life and get his leg over

just buy the tanks!

don't pass up a deal like that

perhaps you should consider why he doesnt want the tanks. I mean, do you really *need* two tanks or will the last owner do a deal for it? He does have a point, and as he has to live with these tanks, why don't you compromise with him. You can buy one tank for £35 and he can have something for £35? it seems the most civilised way to do it rather than just force these tanks into the house.

Of course she needs the tanks!!!!!! You can never have too many good sized tanks in your fishroom, well not as long as there is still room to actually get into the room yourself anyway.

Sorry Dolores, you misunderstood...she was asking if I got her Pm and I was saying yes and I'll take pictures of the bird set-up that I thought she might be interested in...sorry.

He has agreed to one tank, so I'm working on the other.

His reasoning right now is that the other I want to put in the house and the room I want to put it in he says no one will ever see it so it's pointless  He just doesn't understand.

This is horrible to say, but I always get what I want so don't worry, it will happen :p

what's so horrible about that? :D i just make my husband think it is his idea.

thats the best plan of action, my fellas got his eye on a 42' wega plasma hd tv  (yeah exactly), and hes selling his 43' lcd rear projection tv for it.

now i asked if he was thinkin of buying me another tank (cause iv recently been let down on a 3ft one :-( ), as hes havin a new tv and has just brought another xbox an ps2, and he turned round and said 'if u sell one of ur tanks you could have another one couldnt u?, thats all im doin' :grr:

within half an hr iv got him sayin 'ok ok if and i mean IF i get it, then ill make sure i put 3/4 towards a new tank for u' :p see thats how its done, and there was no bedroom action needed ;) :fun:
