Who To Complain To?

hi as u may no i ordered some fish, most came dead, and all full of diseases i spoke to the person gave evidence and will not refund me.
 
who do i go to complain about the shop ect?

Exactly what happened to me, twice. Apparently the ups was supposed to have arrived a few hours earlier so the site used that as an excuse for their poor quality fish....what website was it, and did you order priority or express?

report them to the better business beuro.  I would call the shop and tell them you are reporting them, you demand a refund.  If not you will take this too all the the top forums and let the world know what they have done

hi, im in the UK, and I called them and toldthem even gave them proof, I ordered them from live aquatics.
I will now email them stating I want a refund for the full money.
ive lost £320 worth of fish due to this. I will state what you said Kevingrods.
