Who Makes A Good Bulb?

I know i've been asking a lot of equipment questions lately, but i just replaced the tubes in my 55gal and hate them.

The ones i got yesterday are made by penn plaxx(the only brand the lfs store stocks) and are so dim compared to the tubes that were in my hood when i got it.

They were all-glass tubes and were very bright, but i can't find any on ebay. They are 15w and 18 inches long.

Somebody point me towards a brand that makes a good quality tube.
