your local council should be able to help with things like that they can get the relative enforcements done like getting evironmental health involved and other government animal welfare organizations.
the rspca are over swamped and under funded and they cant actually do much with out the police but alert the relavant authorities ive tried a few times and got no where with them its as if its too much hassle for them unless its furry pets and then thier is a bit of interest, am i being too harsh on them ?
i 100% agree with you hollanda88
and wasn't defending the rspca just stateing
and the amount of turtles getting dumped.
my gf rescued a large adult (13" shell) female yellow belly slider last month because the rspca wouldn't take her in so we getting her a nice 4 x 3 x 3 (in a 4 x 2 x 2 at the mo) to live in now she occasionally goes in my tank as a treat and to prune my plants lol
Hiya Minx, I have just been on to the RSPCA they sounded completely uninterested.
I know that there attitude towards running over a cat is (and I quote) "Double bag it and put it in the bin"
