I always say to people on here " what are your water parameters" then forget my self.
0 ammonia
0 nitrite
Don't check nitrate anymore as test is so unreliable but.

It is hard to tell from the video, but I dont think it is anything to worry about. It looks "too white" to be a parasite/worm its most likely bacterial/fungal from damage to the fin. Keep a close eye on it, a couple of extra small water changes just to keep the water conditions tip top and see if it goes away. If it starts getting worse treat with an antibacterial medication.

thanks, it's to hard to get a pic because they never stop moving and any time I go close to the tank they get dead excited thinking food is coming their way, and yea it's as white as White can be sort of looks like this symbol but more rounded in the centre }.

I would say archor worm thats hooked into the gill. Unsure on treatments but there is things out there that will kill parasites like that.

it does not stretch to the gill and looks nothing like an anchor wormed has no red and is completely white and it looks more like it is inside the fin of the fish.
