hi there all i was just enquiring if the biomax in a fluval U4 filter when replaced would turn the inside of my tank white ? as ive just replaced it and it looks like snow has fallen inside of my tank cheers Ian

If you didnt rinse it first, then yes, it has a white powdery substance covering it, so rinsing it first stops this, it wont harm the fish though.
